(More customer reviews)Currently there are 7 different models of Sony Vaio All-in-One desktops on Amazon. 5 of them have photos of the desktop with a remote control (called Sony "Control Commander"), but Amazon doesn't have a clue whether any of these actually come with a remote..
Our Amazon box was sealed, but the Sony box seal had been torn into, there was no remote, and Amazon says that the product description doesn't "say" that it has a remote, so it's probably not supposed to have one. Spent an hour (at Amazon's request) talking to a foreign Sony support lady that kept telling me that my phone was breaking up (land line), who finally when she realized I wanted her to send me something, said "No, I don't think that model comes with remote".
No problem with computer, it's nice.
Amazon's misleading photos (or thieving employees) are irritating.
