(More customer reviews)The HP pavillions, including dv7, have a number of problems, such as the hinge breaks and is not covered by the warranty. Keyboard breaks soon too- it is covered but you have to seen your whole pc to them and be without it. The call center is in India and is very frustrating, even if you can understand your tech support person.Not a good buy for the money, fragile and breaks easily and quickly
