(More customer reviews)This thing is a piece of JUNK! Worked well for three months then it would freeze up, wouldn't turn off, and could not set it to record - the litany of problems goes on and on. I called JVC customer service. I stayed on the phone with them for 42 minutes trying this, that and the other. Nothing worked. Then the service rep had the gall to tell me to send it their service center in Texas. She also informed me that there will be a $50 assessment fee no matter if they could fix it or not. I guarantee that this will be the last JVC product I buy. Again, this DVD/VCR is a piece of JUNK!
