I have this cable running around the circumference of my room from the A/V receiver to the projector and it works fantastic. Don't worry about quality loss over a digital cable like this, it doesn't happen... unless there is a signal loss between your ears. Don't be weak, buy this product. I am pleased. My bank account is also pleased. My wife is pleased.
