(More customer reviews)I recently purchased a Pioneer BDR-206MBK internal Bluray writer, the first to support writing BD-R XL format. The drive came with one of these Sharp BDXL discs and Cyberlink software. I installed the drive in a NEXSTAR DX external case and connected it to my laptop via eSATA. With a minimum cost of $25 per disc, I was intimidated. It's not re-writable so I had just one shot at writing the data. Using the Cyberlink software (NERO doesn't yet support BDXL), I selected approximately 94GB of data from my laptop by simply dragging the folders and files into the selection area. Hesitantly, I selected the BURN button and off it went. I neglected to check the time but I guess it took around an hour to burn the data. Woohoo, it was successful. These Sharp discs appear to be high quality and the white surface is printable. I archived my entire music collection onto one disc. Next will be my photo collection. Pioneer BDR-206MBK + Cyberlink Media Suite + Sharp BDXL = SUCCESS.
