(More customer reviews)We bought this brand because in reading comments I read that there was tech support available. Well, that is not true now. And there were no directions. We had a problem because there was a game loaded on the machine. It was weird. Finally figured it out and it works ok but do not think that you can just give someone a call, if you have a problem.
