(More customer reviews)If you are looking for a mini-HDMI cable to output HD video from your Canon Vixia HF-100 camcorder to your hi-def television, this is NOT the cable for you (either that, or I just got a lemon). I tried to use this cable to connect my HF-100 to my HDTV, but it did not work. Unlike other reviewers, I found the connections to be secure (no looseness that I experienced), but there was absolutely no video outputted to my television. Just a black screen, as if no video was being transmitted at all. I returned this cable, bought a different one, and it worked perfectly with the same camcorder and same TV. So I chalk up the problem to this cable, for what it's worth.
