(More customer reviews)I hooked it up with a hard wire connection to avoid network problems. It had difficulty connecting to the network so I tried the manual configuration, but it couldn't even manage this. After being turned off for a few hours it finally seemed to connect. Unfortunately the next couple of times it would not be able to connect to Netflix so I'm sending it back.
In the old days I might have tried tech support and wasted a bunch of time, but these days, we know tech support is likely to be someone with an on line manual in a foreign country who has no product knowledge, so why waste the time!
