(More customer reviews)This is a solid all-in-one desktop. The Sony feels solid, compared to the Dell all-in-one, for instance. The touch screen works well, performance is solid. The user experience is very nice.
However: I couldn't get the back plate off after unscrewing the 4 screws to upgrade the RAM. I followed the manual's instructions, but no luck. I even took it to a computer store, and they had the same problem. Sony support was no help, someone outside of North America had trouble understanding the problem. After a couple of hours of chat and phone hold, I got nowhere.
I ended up returning this box after a few weeks because of the poor access to the components and poor support. Extremely poor access design and documentation on an otherwise good desktop.
