(More customer reviews)I purchased this unit and always had problems burning BluRay Discs. It periodically locks up and must be power cycled. LG has a LiveChat which has been taken down and they do not respond to emails in any timely fashion (I've been waiting two days). In speaking with the telephone support I discovered that their only escalation is by internal email which takes 24-48 hours. They don't have ticket numbers so when you call back be prepared to go through the same info again and again. I'm not surprised that they are hiding. With junk like they produce their technical staff must be overwhelmed. Caveat Emptor. Buyer beware.
