(More customer reviews)The software that comes with this drive is useless and LG should seriously consider changing it. After trying the Cyberlink Power DVD 7 software that came with the computer, it would not work at all. I then installed Cyberlink Power DVD 9 Ultra with the latest updates installed and it played my Blu rays choppy.
I got hold of a free trial of Arcsoft Total Media Theatre 3 Platinum and it plays the same discs with no problems.
I search LG site for information on this drive, but could not find any.
