(More customer reviews)I don't know what these glasses were made for, but they don't work with any anaglyph comic, photograph, game, or movie I have tried them with. (And yes, I tried all four, and I searched far and wide on the web for anything that might work.)
The problem is simple: the opacity of the blue (in blue-green) and cyan (in green-cyan) lenses is inadequate to block out the red of the image. In layman's terms, one eye sees the single image it is supposed to see, and the other eye sees both images!
This is completely unacceptable. Not only is there terrible ghosting; the 3D effect almost can't be seen.
My homemade cellophane glasses, with slightly off-color cellophane, work better than these shiny turds!
They're very comfortable, but who cares? You can't even use them as party favors, as they'll give you a headache if you wear them around the house.
I'd return them if not for the inflated international shipping charges of this particular seller making it not worth it.
Incidentally, if you're looking for 3D anaglyph glasses from Amazon, they ALL appear to have this problem (including the clip-ons), with the exception perhaps of the cheap cardboard bulk packs, which I have not purchased.
Stay far far away.
