ASRock P67 Extreme4 B3 Intel P67 ATX DDR3 2133 Motherboard Review

This motherboard was very easy to install. I purchased an i7 2600k processor and needed a good motherboard to fit. The bios is great and easy for overclocking. There are 4 SATA 3 connections and many USB 2.0 connections. The layout is great and there is plenty of room for installing an aftermarket cooler.
With all of the features, this motherboard is an excellent price compared to the other motherboards in its category. This motherboard is Tom's Hardware recommended MB for enthusiast PC.
I did have an issue with a back order and shipping issue, but Amazon's great customer service cleared that up and doesn't reflect the product in any way.
If you are looking for a motherboard for an i5 2500k or and i7 2600k, this is the motherboard to get.

I am using this drive to build a HTPC but haven't completed that project yet.
I have, however, installed this drive in my PC and it works great. It's faster than my other drives, especially at CD ripping.

According to intel's website, this model does have HD Graphics built in. Here's the link [...].
I am not spamming or trying to put the first review down but bring back up what I think is sort of an unfair review.
If you aren't getting any video with this processor and have a P55 chipset motherboard, (you only get a blue screen that says Intel, nothing else) than you might have to go to intel.com on another computer and download the newest bios and video software.
I don't have this product but I just want to help anyone who wants the cheapest LGA1156 (so you can upgrade later) slot processor available.

Pioneer BDR206-MBK Blu-Ray BDXL Writer Review

Pioneer BDR206-MBK Blu-Ray BDXL Writer
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Pioneer set out decade+ ago by releasing among the first CD/DVD burners, focusing on write quality instead of bottom digging price. Generations of reliable burners have been released, producing happy memories for user here.
Their latest is the 1st generation, 1st to market Bluray burner capable of supporting the latest 100/128GB BDXL standard introduced mid 2010 in Japan.
The USA has not had any Bluray recorders at all for over-the-air HDTV broadcasts, unlike Japan, and hasn't realized the demand for higher capacity Bluray recordable discs yet.
The benefit naturally is each 100GB disc can store about 500-700 minutes of HD video - a boon for those wanting to archive HD camcorder videos, photos, and other large filesets to disc.
+
1. Only available option for a BDXL burner as of mid 2011.
2. Quiet drive.
3. Even works fine with older XP SP3 P4 system using the Addonics SATA TO IDE converter I also bought and reviewed here.
4. Free BDXL disc is currently a ~$50 disc sold only in Japan (or you'll have to import).
5. Excellent burn quality (see YSS dvd site in Japan) on top tier discs. A good sign for users archiving weddings, etc.
-
1. Slower top burn speed for single and double layer DVD/BLURAY discs vs Pioneer's latest non-BDXL Bluray burner (12x vs 8x), at ~2x the current price. Thus, if you never intend to buy or use BDXL 100/128GB discs, buy their other Bluray burner.
(eg ~1:40hrs to burn a 100GB BDXL disc, ~8 minutes to burn a SL Bluray disc on this burner.)
2. No BDXL discs sold in the USA as of mid 2011. You will need to import them from Japan at ~$50/disc!
Upgrading from an older Pioneer CD/DVD burner, I went for the latest to backup HD videos of all sorts. Future price drops in BDXL discs coupled with built-in future proofing through BDXL support made this slower Bluray burner a good choice for the upgrade.
