(More customer reviews)Use this card for light gaming, plays starcraft 2 pretty well, and for home theatre. Card uses DXVA or hardware decoding to view 1080p video flawlessly, I use a program called "media player classic home theater". It also accelerates Flash, so 1080p flash video is finally silky smooth. Had this card for a little more than a year now, and no problems yet. I also like the low energy requirements, and low profile so it will fit in almost all cases.

(More customer reviews)As much as a prefer Nvidia I have to admit this card is crap. How so? It overheats like your playing games in Hell with the Devil breathing over your shoulder. It manages to remain somewhat cool during the winter provided it has proper air flow and the window to your cave (room) is open. However in the summer this thing heats up about 10 degrees in half and hours time. I managed to play Oblivion alright on medium, sometimes on low. Anything else and this piece of &$#% card will fry. Don't buy it. Trust me.

Blu-Ray bitstreaming, a holy grail of the HTPC crowd, used to cost $200+ (installation headaches included for free). This card will do it for under $50 although you still need a software player such as Arcsoft TMT 3 (bitstreaming feature currently in public beta). Includes two low profile brackets.
Caveat, this card is not for gamers. It's fast enough for HTPC use but slow for gaming.
