(More customer reviews)There was one selling point for this bracket...its price. There is a reason this bracket is half the price of other articulating mounts.
I didn't need anything fancy, just something to keep the TV on the wall while articulating. It does the job and I have complete confidence that the TV will not fall off, unless you adjust the pitch. Through a poor design, the brackets that hold the TV to the mounting plate increase or decrease in length with the pitch adjustment. If you adjust the keeper screws to keep the brackets on the mounting plate with the TV pitched all the way, when you then change the pitch to 90 degrees, the keeper screws will no longer be holding the bottom of the brackets to the plate. As long as you aren't moving things, it should be okay, because all the weight is carried from the top, but it's still a poor design. Also, there is nothing stopping the brackets from sliding off the side of the mounting plate.

(More customer reviews)I know, I know - you get what you pay for but I've always shopped the sales on surge protectors. Not too smart when some of the most pricey items in our home are plugged into them.
1. First of all, nice packaging. Very easy to get into - I didn't need my razor or Buck knife to get at the contents. Simple flap to open - not even taped.
2. Clear description of product on back of box showing pictures and uses of different functions on the protector.
3. Lots of plug-in space - 6 plugs for regular 2-3 pronged plugs and 2 plugs for those "Take up a LOT of room" transformer plugs.
4. Very sturdy construction with a heavy-duty cord for the "flat" wall plug-in. Someone else mentioned they wished the wall plug-in swiveled and I agree. Would be even more versatile with that feature.
5. Surge ptotector unit can be mounted on wall (or furniture or whatever). I like this feature but it would have been nice to have screws included with unit. They are NOT.
6. I like the slide safety plug protectors. It took me a few minutes to figure out how they worked - duh. They are little slide covers over the two-hole end of the plug-ins. You press and slide, and they are stiff at first to get moving but they do the job nicely.
7. I thought the On/Off switch has a rather light touch. It is recessed but easy to bump and turn off - a consideration if you have children or pets.
8. We aren't using the Phone Line protectors - no land lines.
9. We aren't using the coaxial protection right now - might in the future.
10. The only part of this protector that I didn't think was as high of quality as the rest is the power cord manager. It's a piece of plastic at the bottom of the unit that pulls up and you can wrap your cords around to keep them out of the way. The only problem - even 8 normal sized cords won't all fit around this thing, much less a couple of the super duper cords we have. It could have been made out of metal, been more durable and provided more storage wrap space and actually have been useful.

(More customer reviews)Well, I bought one of these to use in my RV. Mind you, the RV hasn't moved out of the drive way, it's just sitting there. First time I installed it I noticed it has a sideways motion between the swing arm and the wall mount. I didn't like that. Well I took it down to investigate the cause. It was real simple, when it was assembled for packing, someone tightened the 2 screws that hold it to the wall plate and stripped the threads. The written info on this mount says it is steel. Well if it's steel it is the poorest quality steel I have ever seen. And if it isn't aluminum, I don't know what it is. I should know, I work with this stuff everyday. Now, the RV never moved from the driveway, so it can't be claimed that the weight of the TV and bouncing down a road caused this to happen. It is just plain cheap. I would not recommend this to anyone. Poorly made, it just isn't worth it.

(More customer reviews)This is a great DVD component wall shelf. I was a little skeptical because I have never heard of how to not have an entertainment center with a TV mounted to the wall. But this worked perfectly for our cable box and bluray player.
Very happy with the quality. I think it is over built. It has nice cable management to hide all of the cables, and the glass is super thick and won't break. If you do it just right the top of the DVD component wall shelf is hidden behind the TV, so you don't see any cables at all.
I purchased this with another Aeon TV mount Corner Swiveling TV Wall Mount and purchased them together. Great deal!

(More customer reviews)i used this mount for my 50" samsung and am sooo happy. it holds it securely but i can move it up, down, left or righ. there are so many different positions i can put my tv in. the install was fairly simple. i just took my time and had it done within 1 hour. very straight forward...drill holes in wall (stud or anchor) and screw in bracket with lugs, attach brackets to back of tv and hang...done

(More customer reviews)Problem one, the level attached to the unit is way off level. Second, the design fails to prevent the TV from just sliding off the mount! I found this pretty amazing. I came up with a fairly safe way to keep it in place but am still nervous about it. I would encourage selecting a different mounting unit & would not recomend this one.
